Registration and payment : Registration is subject to availability. They are only effective upon receipt of payment.
- a) Cancellation by the organiser:
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration in case of force majeure (bad weather, damage, strikes…) without any other formality than the reimbursement of the totality of the sums paid by the client.
In this case, the client will be notified within a minimum period of 7 days and fully refunded.
Programmes may be cancelled or modified for reasons such as lack of capacity, full train, passenger safety, failure of service providers; in this case, the organiser will do its utmost to propose alternative solutions acceptable to the customer
- b) Cancelation by the client:
Cancellation fee : In the event of cancellation by the customer, the refund of the sums paid will be made after deduction of the amounts (cancellation fees) specified below as a forfeit depending on the date of cancellation in relation to the date of departure.
The no-show at departure, is equivalent to a cancellation less than 7 days before departure, i.e. 100% of the total price of the trip. Any interrupted or shortened trip or any service not consumed by the client’s will, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any reimbursement or compensation.
In all cases the fixed amount of 3€ per person of file fees will be deducted from the amount paid in addition to the cancellation fees and will not be reimbursed by the cancellation guarantee.
– More than 30 days before departure: booking fees, fixed price 3€ per person selected.
– From 7 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total amount retained
– Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total amount withheld
- Cancellation protection: 2€ per person
For your safety, your comfort and to avoid these cancellation fees, we offer you a cancellation guarantee at the price of 2 euros per person (optional cancellation guarantee to be taken out at the time of registration and non-refundable in case of cancellation).
This guarantee covers all justified causes: illness of direct ascendants and descendants, death, flights… A receipt will be requested in case of cancellation. No reimbursement will be made without a written request and proof(s) of cancellation.
- Carriage conditions and Liabilty:
The organiser ensures that the best services are provided to the client. However, he cannot be held responsible for any problems concerning these services.
Any complaint must be sent by registered mail or by e-mail within a maximum of 8 days after the completion of the services sold. After this period, the complaint will not give rise to any action.
Litigation: In case of dispute, only the court of Nice is competent. Given the increase in secretarial work during the high season, a response time may be required, due to the time taken to obtain additional information from certain service providers.
Special cases : If the behaviour or the behaviour of one of our customers risks to compromise the good progress of the excursion, we reserve the right to refuse his departure, or to interrupt his trip. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed for the totality of the services not provided and his return costs will remain exclusively at his expense.
In case of theft, the organize declines all responsibility.
